    **1-Year Limited Warranty**

    Every GrillBlast Pro is covered for 12 months against verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use. If it fails because of how it was made, we will make it right.

    Here is how it works:

    Contact us at support@pyrova.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the problem. Our team reviews your claim within 24 to 48 hours to verify warranty eligibility. If approved, we will repair or replace your unit at our discretion.

    Please note that normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, drops, modifications, cosmetic damage, and unauthorized repairs are not covered under this warranty.

    **Refund Processing**

    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
