Shipping policy

**Processing Time**

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

**Delivery Time**

We deliver across Canada. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders to Quebec and Ontario typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Western Canada, Atlantic Canada, and remote areas may require up to 10 to 14 business days.

**Free Shipping**

Free standard shipping is included on all orders of $79 CAD and over. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. No conversion fees, no hidden customs charges.

**Track Your Order**

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order ships. You can follow your delivery at any time at pyrova.store/pages/track-your-order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after your confirmation email.

**Delays and Exceptions**

Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, reach out to our team and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
